Hi. I’m Jennifer Williams, owner of About Face and Body. I bring an unwavering passion and commitment to enhancing beauty. I started About Face and Body with my sister in 2012, offering permanent cosmetic services. Having worked in the beauty industry for over a decade, I remain passionate about helping women be the best version of themselves.
I offer Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing, Non-laser Saline Tattoo Lightening/Removal, Scar Revision and Camouflage, and 3D Areola Tattooing services. I strive to keep abreast of the latest trends in the beauty industry. I participate in new training regularly and maintain relationships with my mentors.
I provide permanent cosmetic training and mentoring, and enjoy helping others feel confident about their skills.
I greet each client with a smile, enthusiastic about proffering quality solutions. I find every aspect of my job to be abundantly and equally rewarding. I love to spend time with my husband, our six children, and my sisters. I like movies and playing card or board games with my family.
Meet Sarai
Sarai Santiago is a highly respected medical and cosmetic tattoo professional with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. She is a licensed esthetician and holds cosmetology credentials, with advanced training and certification in many permanent makeup techniques. Sarai began her career by building her own successful practice in Rochester, New York, where she earned a reputation for precision, natural results, and compassionate client care.
Throughout her career, Sarai has traveled extensively across the United States mentoring artists and sharing best practices in both cosmetic and restorative tattooing. Her work includes services such as 3D areola tattooing and scar camouflage, along with a wide range of cosmetic tattoo procedures. She is known for her attention to detail, strong safety standards, and calming presence, especially for clients navigating post surgical or life changing procedures.
Sarai’s approach blends technical excellence with empathy, aligning seamlessly with About Face & Body’s mission to help clients feel confident, supported, and whole again.
