Immediately after removal treatment of 1/2. (Only small areas are treated at one time to reduce the possibility of infection.)
Forming a scab is a vital part of the removal process. As the scab falls off, it takes color with it. A light film of new skin forms over the entire treated area as the skin heals.
The result is a lighter version of the original tattoo. (This photo was taken after the first treatment of the entire tattoo was treated and now healed.) Notice the areas where the color has already been almost completely removed.
